Tour of Sussex: Sportive

New for 2018, limited to 1,000 participants and hosted at the legendary Goodwood; The Tour of Sussex: Orro Bikes Sportive. Starting with a lap of Goodwood Motor Circuit and then following a scenic 55mile / 90km route out of Goodwood, exploring the beautiful Sussex countryside.

This challenging yet achievable course navigates through mostly quiet country lanes whilst exploring the South Downs National Park. Along the way participants can resupply, refuel and fix any mechanical issues close to the halfway point station (Mile 25), additional station at the Start/Finish line to stock up or recover.

Finishing in the iconic Goodwood Paddock area to grab your completion time and photo. With all the Goodwood Motor Circuit facilities open, there is plenty of time to complete the sportive at a good pace and grab a beer with lunch.

With activities and events planned all day at Goodwood, why not make this your cycling day out for 2018. Our open to the public ‘Come and Ride’ event on the motor circuit, combined with support races and the final stage of the 2018 Men’s Tour of Sussex ensures an action-packed Sunday. Being on the doorstep of the Cathedral city of Chichester, could easily tip into a summer weekend getaway with family or friends.
